Payments for Letting

Fees to Tenant:

Before the tenancy starts payable to Breckenridge Lettings Ltd

Holding Deposit: 1 week's rent, which will be put towards your first rent due on completion of the tenancy.

Deposit:

Five weeks' rent where the annual rent is less than £50,000.

Six weeks rent where the total annual rent is £50,000 or above.

During the tenancy (payable to the Agent)

Amendments to the Tenancy Agreement after it has been signed and completed - £50 (inc VAT) per agreed variation.

Replacement Tenant or any reasonable cost incurred if higher - £50 (inc VAT) Per replacement.

Late payment of rent - Payment of interest at a rate of 3% above the base rate of Bank of England per annum, calculated daily

Loss of Keys/Security devices or fobs - £50 or any reasonable cost if higher.

Payment of any unpaid rent or other reasonable costs associated with your early termination of the tenancy.
